What has Jay been up to?

Alright guys, I’m back. I’ve been super busy working at City Fitness (which is going awesomely, by the way), but most of my energy is going to formulating a business plan and getting focused for grad school in a few weeks. Yay!

I’m excited about the cert exam, which I take on the 18th at 2:30. It’s review time, so I probably won’t be writing much until after the exam.

I get to go to an adult soccer camp hosted by the Washington Freedom starting tomorrow and lasting through this week, so that should be fun. I miss soccer. It feels weird not being in preseason right now, but a part of me is kind of glad to be able to spend my energy on working on my business plan (only a little part, though).

I love burpees for what they do to my body. But actually DOING the burpees is a whole other thing… :)

Thanks! I’m definitely enjoying playing soccer. I would give my world to be able to try out for a professional team!
