Alright guys, I’m back. I’ve been super busy working at City Fitness (which is going awesomely, by the way), but most of my energy is going to formulating a business plan and getting focused for grad school in a few weeks. Yay!
I’m excited about the cert exam, which I take on the 18th at 2:30. It’s review time, so I probably won’t be writing much until after the exam.
I get to go to an adult soccer camp hosted by the Washington Freedom starting tomorrow and lasting through this week, so that should be fun. I miss soccer. It feels weird not being in preseason right now, but a part of me is kind of glad to be able to spend my energy on working on my business plan (only a little part, though).
I’m going to leave you all with a fitness tip of the day: for a good cardio and strength exercise, add burpees to your routine. What’s a burpee? Check this out:


I love burpees for what they do to my body. But actually DOING the burpees is a whole other thing…
